Shopping for mortgages can be time consuming and frustrating if you do it yourself.  As a Mortgage Broker, I have access to several different lenders and can offer you the lowest available mortgage rates for which you will not have to negotiate.  These low rates can save you thousands of dollars over the life of your mortgage.  I am in daily contact with the lenders and I know which lenders are offering the lowest mortgage rates and the most innovative mortgage products.

Even though I work for you (not the financial institution), I get paid by the financial institution.  These “finders fees” are similar across most lenders and there is no incentive for me to favor one lender over another.  In very rare instances, if for example, you have non-standard credit; I may charge a fee, but this would be discussed upfront.

Because I'm independent, and deal with many different lenders, my advice is impartial and is based on what's in your best interest.  By listening and making sure I understand your financial goals, I can present you with some options and together we’ll decide which mortgage is best for you and your financial future.
